First one is the 'Get Ahead' article from rediff.com,

Heal your broken heart : Almost everyone we know has been through heartbreak. The first step towards healing is to acknowledge the fact that it happens. Accept it and move on. Here are some suggestions you might find helpful.

[#]. Express your pain
[#]. Surround yourself with comfortable things
[#]. Don't ever blame yourself!
[#]. Rediscover yourself. Try something new

Next one is article in 'Times Of INDIA' about Gandhi, really interesting one (???), as mentioned in the article .. 'is it fiction or fact?'.. Whatever, it may be ? sorry, No comments !! try for that book ??

'Resist me when you must...

[by Sudhir Kakar, author of 'Mira and Mahatma' -- claims -- is a work of fiction bordering on reality that explores the complex relationship between Gandhi and Madeline Slate...]

.. "You are on the brain. I look about me, and miss you. I open the charkha and miss you.." from Bapu's letter to Mira ... Bapu wrote 350 letters to Mira; he never wrote so many letters to anyone else. ...

.. So, in a way, the Mira and Mahatma conflict was inevitable -- for, reads the book -- 'this was a genesis of a 'violent and passionate' disturbance'...

.. She didn't want to share him with anyone. She thought the world had misjudged him and nobody knew him better than her. It's an amazing story of an extraordinary woman, yet I think she was fulfilled because she was so passionate ...

Jus' happened to read Rajesh Jain's Weblog of 'Has Innovation shifted Silicon Valley to the "Indus" Valley?', in that he quoted the Words of 'Dan Bricklin' :

"In big business, when you need to cross a river, you simply design a bridge, build it, and march right across. But in a small venture, you must climb the rocks. You don't know where each step will take you, but you do know the general direction you are moving in. If you make a mistake, you get wet. ['Azhagiya Thimirudan' a bit song, but catchy one from 'RUN' is playing in the BG]

Last week, after long time roaming & driving in night, Yah ! nice ride in Chennai ECR to MAYAJAAL in night to watch movie (!!) with 'Dev', and returned in silent mid-night, enjoyed the silence & nature, relaxed, almost, didn't sleep that night .. All reminded, when I saw TMK's fotopages, in that he posted snaps of the 'Ganesh Chathurthi' celebration with his friends in Belgium, Ohh my God, but, I didn't do anything spl. on that day like that, Jus' as usual.

From then on, almost nothing more than office and home. 'Loneliness or Being Alone' (???). Don't know?. As the seasons change so do relationships. Alone Again Naturally ... nothing more .. Being alone is scary for so many people. But, to me, Anhh, no !! (Believe me !!)

: Latest songs by Kay Kay :

Now-a-dayz, whichever song singer 'Kay Kay' sings, becomes a HIT. I love those songs !!.

His earlier hits includes, 'Uyirin Uyire' of Kaakka Kaakka, which starts off with Suchitra's humming, as the humming fades, KK takes off with his enchanting voice, then hotest HIT for longtime now 'Appadi Podu' of 'Gilli' and 'Oru Punnagai Poove' of '12B' and more .. He is singing GREAT now (as like Unnikrishnan, Harish Raghavendra, ..)

Jus' Listening Kay Kay's latest songs [more than once !!] from 'Chellamay, 7G Rainbow Colony & ManMadhan'. Undoubtedly these are the pick of those films.

[#]. Chellamay :: 'Kaadhalikkum Aasai Illai' from Harris Jeyaraj sung by Kay kay, Mahathi, Timmy, Chinmayi. The song is best pick of the album, the song is thoroughly enjoyable. On initial hearing itself one can love & enjoy it by its peppy tune, good lyrics and rhythm and haunting 'kaadhali kaadhali', 'sonaali' chanting.

[#]. 7G Rainbow Colony :: 'Ninaithu ninaithu' from Yuvan Shankar sung by Kay Kay. A beautiful melody, definitely going to steal many hearts, thatz sure. The song is sure to bring the feelings not only people who are/were in love, but also to others too !!. Jus' Chumma !

[#]. ManMadhan :: 'Kadhal Valarthein' from Yuvan Shankar, again sung by Kay Kay. It has got commendable lyrics by Naa.muthukumar. Kay Kay's voice is nice to hear and so malleable to whatever pitch he takes the song. 'Yei Pulla .. Yei Pulla' chanting is excellent & heart stunning to hear, really sung well.

Enzoy listening & dreaming ..!!
Jus' roam about Dreaming, interesting one .. Isn't it ??

'Lucid dreaming' means that while you are dreaming, you are conscious of the fact that you are dreaming, rather than taking everything what happens to you for granted. The term was coined by Frederik van Eeden who used the word "lucid" in the sense of mental clarity. Lucidity usually begins in the midst of a dream when the dreamer realizes that the experience is not occurring in physical reality, but is a dream.

'A Study of Dreams' - By Frederik van Eeden. Based on his sixteen years personal experience and observation, Eeden distinguished nine different kinds of dreams, each of which presents a well-defined type.

Read 'Dream Types' @ 'A Study of Dreams'.

Eeden believes that 'dreams are not purely arbitrary, and that there must be some kind of scientific order behind them'. "To deny may be just as dangerous and misleading as to accept", he says.

: Learning From Failure :

HBS Working Knowledge has an excerpt from "Juice: The Creative Fuel that Drives World-ClassInventors" by Evan Schwartz :

"... Failure is the rule rather than the exception, and every failure contains information. One of the most misleading lessons imparted by those who have reached their goal is that the ones who win are the ones who persevere. Not always. If you keep trying without learning why you failed, you'll probably fail again and again. Perseverance must be accompanied by the embrace of failure. Failure is what moves you forward. Listen to failure.

But there are different kinds of failure. Sometimes, failure tells you to give up and do something else entirely. Other times, it tells you to try a different approach, a new route to the top of the mountain. Or it may tell you to make a detour. Sometimes, it tells you that you need help. Sometimes, it doesn't seem to tell you anything... "

The HBSWK excerpt discusses Steve Wozniak and what he learnt.

".. The pain presented by even the thought of losing her was so unbearable that he knew he never wanted to experience its actuality. At these times, he would always vow to himself that he would never lose her, whatever the cost.."

'Incrementalists' are realists. They have a pretty good idea of what is achievable given a problem to solve, a product to ship. They tend to know all the secrets and they like to be recognized for that fact.

'Completionists' are dreamers. They have a very good idea of how to solve a given problem and that answer is SOLVE IT RIGHT. Their mantra is, "If you're going to spend the time to solve a problem, solve it in a manner that you aren't going to be solving it AGAIN in three months."

Somewhere read .. Jus' b'coz my dear friend mailed about me jus' that "appo dipo bhava.. !"

...

People want belief, and Buddha said... his last message to the world was "appo dipo bhava; be a light unto yourself". He had said this because his disciples were crying. Ten thousand sannyasins surrounding him... of course they were sad, and tears were falling; their master was leaving. And Buddha said to them, "Don't cry. Why are you crying?"

One of the disciples, Ananda, said, "Because you are leaving us, because you were our only hope, because we had hoped and hoped long that it isthrough you we will attain to truth."

It was to answer Ananda that Buddha said, "Don't be worried about that. I cannot give you truth; nobody else can give it to you, it is nottransferable. But you can attain it on your own. Be a light unto yourself".

:: Nothing but from 'Net' Reports ::
VoIP Has the Whole Industry Talking

Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) is projected to account for over 12% of all telephony revenues by 2009, according to Juniper Research.

The total market value for services using VoIP is forecast to grow almost ten fold over the next five years. In other words, VoIP will be at the center of convergence.

Although much attention has been paid to the more complex and "sexy" value-added services like video-on-demand (VOD) and online games, the biggest opportunity will be in voice services as broadband IP-voice takes over from traditional circuit-switched voice; driven by lower operating costs and competition between incumbents and new licensed operators.
