An interesting point from Tom's 60 TIB's (This I Believe), here's that,
Visa founder Dee Hock said it best: 'The problem is never how to get new, innovative thoughts into your mind, but how to get the old ones out.' Every enterprise (and every individual) needs a formal (written, for starters!) Forgetting Strategy. We must be as forceful and systematic about identifying and then dumping yesterday's baggage as we are about acquiring new baggage.
(Message: Learning = Easy. Forgetting = Nigh-on-impossible.)
Blogging from Ranjith's 'DELL Laititude D600' Notebook in Mannaar's palace Balcony .. Cool & RelaX .. The Great (Is't so ??) SUNDAY Evening .. nice soft breeze here now ... (but, notebook is little bit hot !!)
