After a loong time .. great get together @ a nice function.. Yes, after the last year's Kodai trip, again it was time to meet & share .. now, it was Machi's turn to quit the "GREAT Bachelor" status !!!
This is the first time, I'm posting the messages from my friends directly (as like in Group Blog!, but here on be-half of hem, I myself post here.. here n there edited/aligned few stuff..)

This is a short report on our mannaru group chairman's (Machi-MK) marriage on Feb. 20, 2005 @ Trichy.
The events started with traditional "Ponnu Azhaippu" on Feb 19 Evening and a spl. Pooja @ near by Temple by the couple.
Few of our friends reached Trichy [yes, I too reached on time!] at this time and made their presence felt by Cheering MK who came in "Sherwani" ...
(Shervaani ?? sorry .. if i am wrong.. i am week or weak in english; anyway let it be "vaani")
[Buddy, I know about you da, let's keep it as 'Sherwani']
Post dinner, few of us became Nice Guys and you must have decoded the dialogues that were in air then .....
It was late night 1.00 pm/early morning 1.00 am; Chithu and me started the spl. help on "Thamboola Pai" preparation where in I was slow to open the covers and do a good job. Chithu was at his best ..... (as usual, he's GREAT na !!)
It was almost 2.30 am early morning that we got in to a 'deep' discussion with our Great 'Vacchu' & K(ar)D and by luck we finsihed the same by 3.15 am without conclusion as usual...
[Chithu : Vachuu escaped this time too !! vetti !! but one thing need to appreciate is the changes in KarD, didn't get tensed much and shared many useless things after loong time .. but as usual, there was hot discussion from Vachuu, even sent SMS to me in mid-night about the looong call of KarD .. still .. not answered ???]
At 5.30 am it was a good morning call from Raje, who was in complete formals even while travelling (machi : voon kadamai vunarchikku alave illayada ..?). At the sun rise , it was a time for us to do final make up touches for MK by painting / brushing /.... ( oops ... believe Beautification is a 6000 crore industry as per KPMG and it is toooo skin sensitive !!!!!!!)
[Chithu : Jus' 'hai' to 'Rajee', without even opening the eyes .. then, call from 'anna' .. followed immediately the entry of 'Kathir' .. funny thing .. strong hit on 'Joe', thought it was 'Sarapi' .. Sarapi escaped from Kathir in the early morning.. got ready !]
Time of Good moments :
Don't be hurry to imagine that MK finished the rituals ... It was time for me to finish breakfast... ( he he he he he...) (Dei JK, you have attended so many marriages for sooru da.. don't u have vetakam/ maanam ???) .. (thatz cool comment da machi .. Jay vetti paiya !!)
Around 8.30 MK had another round of Pooja and on return was given a Metti ...
Comments from mannarus : -- Its time for 'Metti Oli' hereafter and not any other channel.... (MK, I pity u.. you are going to miss your fav. NDTV ...)
(PS: In order to maintain the decorum of this post I have written it as NDTV. But i will not tell others that you prefer FTV !!) .. (woooveee ... What's in that ?!)
Then came the final moments of MK's long waiting .... "......Maangalyam .. Tahnthunnaane..........."
Yeah... We declared "Machi Maatikkitan" ...... (Nostalgic trip to Raje's marriage when 'Sethu' started this shouting!)
[I was busy in capuring all these nice moments .. really it was a tough job for the fotographer in the marriage functions ..]

"Rajmohan J" did a good JOB of 'Maappillai Thozhan' and was at his BEST, while collecting gifts and making Machi looks beauty.
GOOD EVENT of the DAY ::
We had the 'Anbagam' kids to have a snap with MK and then they had a good lunch at the Mandapam. Machi, a spl. thanks to you for inviting them K Raj / Sasi / Ramesh : Splecial thanks to you people for the Co-Ordination.
Another GOOD EVENT of the DAY ::
After the lunch, we (few of us) accompanied the kids to their home and we were impressed by the progress in construction work.
Spl. thanks to Ranjith and Rajmohan who made the journey wonderful for those kids..
Finest moment in Anbagam :
We were just becoming the witnesses of the good work co-ordinated from our Trichy based friends on the construction front.
I am really proud of our group doing such activity for the benefit of people in need.
[I was very much happy to be there with the kids with you all !!]
When we were travelling our "Rajee" was quick enough to realize that the Summer in Trichy is going to be very tough and these kids are going to suffer without slippers ....(on those days we really felt that it is too hot to go out...just think about these kids walking to all places without slippers... Hope you understand the difficulty .... )
'Rajee' made a quck contribution to buy slippers and I promised him that the others --who are all reading this report -- are kind enough to fund to finish the plan RAJE !! , thanks to you again.
Rajmohan & Ramesh : Advanced thanks to both of you to execute this.
So before you wind up this report, Let us soon execute what Rajee has started .
